Solid tempo anticipated with Miss Highfalutin and Star Venture leading the way. STAR VENTURE (8) showed her customary pace but found one better last start over this trip at Grafton, her sixth career minor placing. Beautifully drawn and at her 15th start a maiden win might come calling. MISS HIGHFALUTIN (6) is back from a 23-week spell. Raced once over this trip in the maiden prep and was in the money on debut at the Sunshine Coast. Trialling in great style and looks ready to make a big return. PAPER DOLL (2) closed well to finish second when returning from a break over 1000m here recently. Nicely placed out to this trip and is a definite contender. VIDEO VIXEN (12) didn't fire first-up but back on home soil might be worth including in wide exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Star Venture to win.
