Solid tempo with Gagne leading from Spring Come and Traum Platz. GAGNE (7) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 1.5 lengths away in second over 1500m at this track. Sure to go well. TRAUM PLATZ (10) did a great job to score by 1.5 lengths over this course and distance last start to maintain his good form of late. No reason why he cannot salute again. JALDABAOTH (8) finished 3.5 lengths from the winner in fifth last start over 1500m here, an improvement on his tenth at Niigata the run before. Best figures measure up nicely and is sure to run well. SPRING COME (3) finished fourth over 1400m at this venue last time out following a determined win two back. Has the pace to be in a prominent position from the outset and shapes as one of the better hopes.
