Pace only fair with Lone Artist rolling to the lead ahead of Velozes and Jenchick Boom. It's hard to fault the form of JENCHICK BOOM (1) who has only missed a drum once in eight career efforts and rarely puts in a poor one. Gets the benefit of Lang's 1.5kg claim and another strong showing would not surprise. LONE ARTIST (4) was a dominant Rockhampton winner last time out and will have derived a stack of confidence from that victory. Can go right on with the job now. VELOZES (5) has gotten better with each run this time in and will be ready to peak now fourth-up from the break. Don't dismiss lightly from the Gollan camp. RASHFORD (3) gets 3kg off from the favourable draw and can improve enough to feature in the finish. PIERRE CARDINNIGAN (2) strips fitter second-up from the spell and may earn some minor money. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Jenchick Boom.
