Good pressure from the outset with Kitano Amapola, Hot Emperor and Matilda taking up the running over Kimiwa Lemonade and Colorful Peach. KIMIWA LEMONADE (3) has had two runs since a break, the latest a fourth over 1400m at Kawasaki, beaten 7 lengths. Has never been out of the placings at the third run in so she looks the testing material. KITANO AMAPOLA (1) started at $3.40 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 4 lengths, at Kawasaki over 1400m. Record here is impressive with two wins from five starts. Should run well. COSMO HORIZON (9) did a great job to score by 6 lengths over today's course and distance last start in a much improved run. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat again in this suitable race. HOT EMPEROR (5) has switched yards since finishing fifth three weeks ago over 1500m at Funabashi. Don't discount.
