Marogare to go to the lead at a genuine tempo. WHITE MAGIC (10) impressed last time with a 2.5-length win at this track over this journey. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and a placing from four starts. Sure to run well. KYUTARO (2) finished second last time out over this course and distance, travelling towards the tail before winding up strongly in the final stages. Has a solid record at this circuit. Will be hard to stop. MAROGARE (4) improved last start but found one better over 1200m at this track, beaten only half a length. Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the key runners. LAUREL ZERO (7) turned in a better run last start when fourth over 1000m at Hakodate Dirt. Well placed and don't underestimate.
