Solid tempo likely with Manawa, Hayate and Poster Boy prominent. PENURIOUS (4) has not won for some time and was running on late to finish second here nearly 2 weeks ago over this trip. She cops a wider gate this time, but in an even lineup, she should be among the hardest to beat again. UNEQUIVOCAL (1) caught the eye with a late finish for third here last time out, and won by a neck on this track before that. Michael McNab sticks with her, and so do we. SPECIAL SWEY (9) has been struggling for some time and made his hurdle debut at Te Rapa 18 days ago. That run could have woken him up, and he is not the worst in his first start on a poly track. YOU KNOW (10) saves his best for this track and has been battling lately in fields that have lacked much tempo. He is another who could take this out, without it being a huge shock. Each-way value. FROSBIE (5) broke a long drought when trekking down to Awapuni 6 days ago and driving through late to score by a neck. Now that he is back in form, he can go on with the job. Stick with him. SUGGESTED PLAY: You Know may not be the worst at a big price here.
