A race that lacks early pressure. WESTERN CHRIS (2) recorded a strong maiden win over 1500m at this track last time, getting there by 5 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Jumps from a nice gate and he looks certain to measure up again. NOW WE ARE TALL (6) placed two back then last time out was fifth, beaten 9 lengths, over 1500m here. Backmarker who keeps coming and this is a great chance to get off the mark this time. MEINER MEDDLING (4) missed the frame two back in tougher company then tackled an easier race more recently when a half a length winner over 1500m at this venue. Nicely placed again and is a definite winning hope. CEREZO REINA (9) was prominent at the corner and finished second last time over 1500m at this circuit, beaten 1.5 lengths. Will trim down following recent racing. Placed to advantage so expect another forward showing.
