Looks to be plenty of pace with Iris Barows and Morpheus battling for the lead.
MARUMO LUMIERE (5) has been mixing his form since dropping down to NAR level on this track 3 starts ago. He had excuses last time out here over 1300m but did win with plenty in hand over this trip before that by 2 lengths. If he is in the right mood, then he can bounce back to take this out. DANCE SHOW (9) has been thereabouts in similar fields to this since winning here by a nose on New Year's Eve. He is usually running on, and if the race is run at a genuine tempo, then he can have the last say. MOZU MITSUBOSHI (3) has been freshened up since his last start at Hanshin on the dirt track there. He has changed trainers since then and will find NAR company more to his liking. A form reversal is on the cards. HEKIKU (10) will be resuming from a spell, and he does come to hand quickly. The markets will be an important guide in this even contest.
