DOUBLE LUCKY (6) booted up from the inside draw to lead last start and was there on straightening before being claimed and finishing one length away in second over 1600m at Mizusawa. Will take catching. EYE LUEUR (8) was well in commission last start over 1600m at Mizusawa when fourth, beaten 4 lengths. Can atone. STRONG HOOVES (9) got the prize two runs ago at Mizusawa. Couldn't follow that up last time out when sixth over 1600m at Mizusawa, beaten 11 lengths after being prominent at the corner. Finds a suitable race and can figure in the finish. HAI (5) was beaten 6 lengths into sixth in a 1400m contest at Mizusawa at her latest appearance. Better than recent efforts suggest.
