Strong pace from Cutout and Elegant Explosive matching motors with Lady Georgiana close at hand. CELTIC BLING (3) has found it hard to win another race, and she is probably getting ready for the poly track season at Riccarton. With that being said, her form on the turf is still solid, and a recent trial placing will have her spot-on to run a big race in this. On top. ELEGANT EXPLOSIVE (10) is another mare who is having a win drought, while still being thereabouts in most of her races at this level. Stepping up from her last start over 1200m to 1400m will help her, and she is worth including in all top 4 combos. SUPER SINCERE (2) was an overdue but impressive winner here 3 starts back, and she only needs a genuine tempo to be back in the top 4. Stick with her. MOOR (11) bolted in when clearing her maiden status at Wingatui in her penultimate start, and then was flat there less than 2 weeks later. She has more time between runs this time, and she is worth another chance. SAINT BRIGID (4) makes her South Island debut over a trip short of her best, but she can't be underestimated. SUGGESTED PLAY: Moor each-way.
