Hot tempo expected from Poshroc and Dubonnet Rouge. MOMENTO (8) has not been beaten far in her last couple of starts, including her last run at Wingatui when finishing sixth as the favourite at Wingatui nearly 3 weeks ago. She will need some luck from a wide gate, but this field is not strong, and Corey Campbell is riding as well as anyone at the moment. Each-way. FULL CREAM (11) made the most of the pole position when finishing third here 2 weeks ago, and even though she has a nasty gate this time, she likes it here, and she is worth including in all combinations. LOOSE 'N' VEGAS (12) failed to fire on a fairly testing heavy track at Riccarton last time out, and she has been given a 2-month freshen up. The Walsh stable is firing, and she is a top 3 chance, even though she also has a wide gate to contend with. DUBONNET ROUGE (5) resumed with a gutsy effort for second here 5 weeks ago, and she has enough scope to go one better in this. LEONARD (1) finished a bold fourth at Riccarton 5 days ago.
