A strong gallop is likely with Mieno Thunder and Seiei taking up the running, closely attended by Aster Ruthenium and Train The Mind. SEIEI (2) raced in the leading division and kept going to score last time out over 2000m at this track. Will again be prominent from the outset. Taking on a better field but he is worth serious consideration. TRAIN THE MIND (12) finds it hard to win with just one success from 11 starts. Did a good job last start to finish third over 2100m at Tokyo Dirt, beaten 1.75 lengths. Won't find this as tough so he is likely to play a big role. STRANIERO (6) returned from a spell three-and-a-half weeks ago when finishing towards the rear over 2000m at Chukyo. Strips fitter and can take this out. COSMO FREDDIE (8) improved last start to finish third over 1800m at Funabashi. Likely to hold the form and is a strong top-three prospect.
