Genuine tempo from Missijay leading Cheval Savant. RENOVATION SHOW (3) flew home from the back of the field to score impressively as an $11 chance. Cooper remains in the saddle and this looks to shape similarly. Very impressive and he looks the one to beat on the back of his latest performance. CHEVAL SAVANT (2) was very good first-up at York and turned in a good figure in the process. ZJP hops on board now and the inside draw can see him close to the speed. Should be better again out in distance and it wouldn't surprise to see him in the thick of the action again. PURE CHINO (1) got a long way back last start following a 0.2L defeat at this track and trip the start prior. His effort two back was no fluke and a return to that level can see her right in the thick of the finish. LORDGIVEMESTRENGTH (4) is better than he showed last start and won't be far away. SIR BEAR A LOT (8) can feature in the finish if he can stretch his recent form to 1940m. SUGGESTED PLAY: Renovation Show can repeat the dose.
