Strong pace with Bodhi Boy, Kayz Time and Critical Time paving the way. BODHI BOY (1) returned from a nineteen-week break with a gutsy second over 1200m at Newcastle, finding the lead in the run home only to be claimed late. Easy winner second-up last prep and is ideally placed to emulate that effort. KAYZ TIME (7) did early work before tiring late in a similar race to this at Coffs Harbour last time out. Cherry-ripe at the fourth run back and from the inside gate will get all the favours. Can bounce back. CRITICAL TIME (4) drove hard late to be beaten under a length when resuming over 1115m at Grafton recently. Goes well when second-up and this slightly longer trip suits. Can keep the ball rolling. SHEILA'S FANTA SEA (9) warmed up when the race was all over at Muswellbrook last start. Better placed out to this distance so she can play a big role. PLUCKTEN (2) will be better for the run following a nineteen-week break but can sneak into the frame. SUGGESTED PLAY: Bodhi Boy to win the last.
