Genuine tempo with Mocha Blend, Sascha's Dream and Royal Invitation taking up forward positions. MOCHA BLEND (7) has been an impressive winner of her last two starts. Despite racing wide around the turn over 1800m last time, she quickened up well and drew clear of the opposition. She returns from a spell which may have done her the world of good. Gavin Lerena retains the ride and if fit, she can bring up the hat- trick. HAT'S QUEEN (2) ran a good race when fourth last time. She has won once, finished second once and third once from as many starts over this distance. She jumps from a good draw of two and is one of the leading contenders. GOODNESSGRACIOUSME (4) stayed on well when third of seven over 1800m last time. If not in need of this resuming run should be fighting out the finish. TOMYRIS (11) ran on from last when winning last time. She is likely to be settled near the rear of the field and will be mowing down the frontrunners once again.
