Vilja Lied is expected to burn across and lead from the wide gate. CLAY KING (8) is a promising galloper who got the prize at his only run last prep three-and-a-half months ago over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt. Has a strong record when resuming, including two wins. Likely to feature. MEISHO ZUIUN (5) found the line nicely to grab second last time out over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt. Takes on tougher opposition this time but he is expected to run well. CANAL BEAGLE (4) couldn't have been more impressive first up last start when he scored by 7 lengths over 1800m at Hanshin Dirt. Won at his only second-up appearance and he is a major player again. GOD ESPADA (6) was too good when resuming in an easier race over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt last start, scoring by half a length. Was a winner at the only previous second-up run and is worth including.
