Fire Star has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. CELUI (14) proven at this level and has been rejuvenated since going to the Richard & Will Freedman yard this prep. Returned good figures at his second run back when gripping on late for a narrow third over 1200m at Randwick. Drops sharply in weight and gets every chance from the good gate. Hard to stop. DRAGONSTONE (1) classy sprinter with his hoof on the till. Meets a weaker field after surging late when fifth to Mazu in the G3 Hall Mark over 1200m at Randwick. Drawn out again and his best form is over this trip. FIRE STAR (9) underrated sprinter with a good winning record. Boxed on well on resumption when fifth over 1100m at Canterbury. Nice drop in the weights and adept in all conditions. Goes close. KIN (10) resumes. She is reliable and has ratings at the right level. SUGGESTED PLAY: Celui to win.
