Plenty of runners but a dawdling affair is on the cards. J L MASTER (10) finished second, beaten 2 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 2000m at Nakayama after he was prominent at the bend. Placed to advantage and can take this out. VISIBLE LIGHT (16) was close to a win before a break, starting favourite at the latest appearance and finishing third at Nakayama Dirt. Has a tricky gate to overcome. Good chance to open this campaign on a winning note. TERUKEN LEINSTER (11) returned from a spell three weeks ago when he was prominent at the turn before being beaten 6 lengths into fourth over 1800m at Nakayama Dirt. Strips fitter and can feature. CAFE ROI D'OR (4) returns after ten weeks in the paddock. Closed the last campaign with a 17th over 2400m at Tokyo. Solid top-three hope.
