Chiba has good early speed and can set a decent tempo. RUSTEMO (10) got to the line in good style first up and should appreciate the added trip. Senior rider going on ticks another box and with the scratchings this thins down to be a very winnable race. Think this chance can be taken. CHIBA (3) was plain first up but showed better last campaign. On pace type with a draw that suits and this is the right race to improve in. CIFONELLI (4) clearly needed the experience on debut. Put away after that and resumes here having trialled nicely a couple of times. Can be much better this time around. SUGGESTED PLAY: Rustemo gets the right race.
