Strong pace from Y Y Legend and Gloria Laus matching motors with Jun Vin Quete close at hand. JUN VIN QUETE (2) met with solid support last start over 1600m at Hanshin when fourth, beaten 2.5 lengths. Back in trip and worth another chance. GLORIA LAUS (3) was well in commission when resuming last start over 1400m at Hanshin but could only manage fourth, although only 1.75 lengths from the winner. Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Sure to be in the finish. MATENRO BOND (7) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found one better over 1400m at Chukyo, beaten 3.5 lengths. Has his share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. OBAKENO KINTA (4) was beaten 4 lengths into sixth over 1200m at Fukushima three weeks ago. Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
