ONE CARD FELLOW (6) scored an impressive win by 5 lengths when resuming from a spell last time out over 900m here. Open to plenty of improvement and must be respected. TANGENT ARC (10) is close to breaking through after three consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1500m at this circuit. Expected to go back from the draw. Best figures measure up and is sure to run well. HAKUSAN SAKUYAHIME (7) started at $5.30 last time but could only manage fourth, beaten 3 lengths, at this course over 1400m. Has a strong record at this venue, scoring seven times from 13 starts. Solid claims on best form.
