GOGATSUNOAMANOGAWA (8) showed early speed from an outside draw last time and led for much of the way before weakening to finish eighth over 2000m at Hakodate. Will take some running down. BALALALALALALA (9) has a moderate winning strike-rate but performed well last time at this track, finishing second and only 1.75 lengths from the winner at the end of 1200m after being in contention on the corner. Likely improver with strong prospects. MIYABINO OZA (7) resumes in a similar race to his last run nine weeks ago when fourth. One to consider. GRACE IRIS (3) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fifth over 1200m at this track after being prominent until the final stages. Suitably placed so anticipating a bold performance.
