Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Sure Thing. TREBLE MAKER (12) comes right back in grade today after tackling a Saturday race most recently where she ended up 3.2L off the winner. She'll find this a little easier and Fiore hopping back on board is a good push for her chances. Loves this track and trip and can get back to winning ways. PLAYING GAMES (7) was only 2.4L off the winner two back before a 0.6L defeat most recently at Kalgoorlie. Hasn't won for a while, but is knocking on the door and can go one better this time around. CLEANEMUP (8) will carry no weight today after the claim of Li and should appreciate coming back to this level. Disappointing in Saturday company last tome out but she can bounce back to form. BOAB BOY (2) is not to be discounted after a 1L defeat here last time out. Suited by the rise in trip and can fire. SURE THING (5) can bounce back. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Treble Maker.
