Solid tempo with Tideford leading from Don't Give Up and Whippin Piccadilly. Good race with two pairs re-clashing after fighting out the finish this course and distance last time. WHIPPIN PICCADILLY (3) raced on pace and lifted strongly under Darmanin to score over Happy Clan last time. Goes up a half kilo but leading rider sticks and at top now. Take beating again. HAPPY CLAN (2) doesn't get any weight relief but is bursting to win and drawn to stalk him again. Expected to go close and could well turn the tables. The other key race was won by DON'T GIVE UP (1) who ran on hard to score this course and distance as well last time. At top now and will be tough to stop again. ALPINE TROUT (5) came from well back and just couldn't rein in the winner. Meets him worse at the weights but on the latest run will be tough to stop. TIDEFORD (6) was midfield in that same race and can sneak into the finish. SUGGESTED PLAY: Stick with Whipping Piccadilly.
