Sangue Rosso to take charge ahead of Flying Ace at a good tempo. JE CITY (2) failed to meet market expectations last start after missing the bob second-up at Murray Bridge. At his top now and gets a key booking in Pannell. Can make amends and break the drought. SANGUE ROSSO (3) came through a hot race here first-up at long odds and was okay second-up when finishing midfield. Strips fitter and is drawn to advantage. Expect him to be in this for a long way. TESTA DEXTA (4) went much better than the market expected him to last start on the Parks track when only beaten 1.5L in fifth. Backs up quickly and deserves more respect this time. HELL OF A GENT (9) wasn't beaten far last start at Alice Springs. Tricky to line up the strength of that CL2 but his peak ratings have him competitive. Will need a smart steer from out there, however. SUGGESTED PLAY: Je City to win.
