Solid tempo with several going forward headed by Sunshine Ale. SAM'S TURN (5) showed his preference for this surface when winning here very comfortably by more than 2 lengths 3 weeks ago over 1400m. This is no harder, and an extra 2kg should not be enough to stop him from winning again. EXAGGERATION (2) chased home his stablemate and top pick in the same race when resuming from a spell, finishing fourth. He has won 3 races on this track, and will be a lot sharper second up. Don't be surprised if he turned the tables in this. MEGLIO DI FALCREST (3) finished runner-up in the same race as the top 2 picks, and this veteran mare can make full use of her good draw here early on. She holds her form when fit, and she has top 3 claims again. JUST A DROP (7) broke through for an overdue maiden win here 3 weeks ago over 1700m, so the drop back to 1400m is a touch of a query for us. She carries 4.5kg less this time, and she is worth keeping safe in an even field. MY FERRARI (10) will be peaking third up, and he cannot be risked. Include him all bets. SUGGESTED PLAY: Sam's Turn to win again, and My Ferrari at odds for a place.
