Expecting Spring Dream to find the lead but there will be plenty of pressure over the sharp trip. VALENTINE VISTA (3) comes here off a break of three-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1200m at Kokura. Yet to win first up but generally runs well with two minor placings from three tries. Rates highly and should take some beating. SALT IRIS (1) is back after a break of ten weeks. At the last run before the layoff she finished fourth over 1600m at Hanshin. Has ability and is a solid chance. HARUHIME (11) strode forward early from her wide draw last start over 1200m at Niigata then fought on gamely to finish second. Hard to beat in this suitable race. FINE CONDUCT (8) closed last prep four months ago when she finished 12th over 1600m at Tokyo. Can give this a shake.
