Strong pace from Conjoin, Copperflange and Forever A Diamond. FOREVER A DIAMOND (11) could only manage a midfield finish last time at Gawler but should find this a bit easier back to this circuit. Drawn sticky but has form earlier this prep that would take care of these. CONJOIN (2) finished second last start over this track and trip to make it eight minor placings from 21 runs. Has found the frame at both attempts over this track and trip. Finds it tough to break through but this is definitely one of his better chances. Looks ready for that breakthrough win. BREAK THE LINE (1) is a son of Highland Reel out of No Reward having his first start. Should take a lot from a placing in a recent Port Augusta trial with today's rider Tala Hutchinson aboard. Can measure up at first outing. BISHOP'S CHOICE (14) was too bad to be true first-up and can improve sharply now. Keeps the 2kg claimer engaged. COPPERFLANGE (9) best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Giving Forever A Diamond another chance.
