LORD SPENCER (9) had a mixed bag last year and has come back in great shape this year, winning on the flat and showing a lot of heart over the jumps, including his last start second when making his steeplechasing debut here nearly 3 weeks ago. There is more depth to this field, but he is still capable of going one better. ZAC FLASH (8) finished third in the same race as the top pick when resuming from a spell, and he usually improves quickly with more racing. He has found it hard to win another race, but he is always a top 4 hope in a field like this. INVISIBLE SPIRIT (4) has a good record on this track, and he won't lack fitness. Dropping back from 4000m to 3500m will help him, and he is expected to be very competitive again. CALL ME JACK (2) will be looking for a heavy track, and his fitness is still building. He was pulled up out of the race here 4 weeks ago, and he is worth following from here for the rest of the year. LEITRIM LAD (1) should be ready to show some good form again.
