Speedy colt who goes well fresh and expected to go close. TAIKI BLITZEN (15) finished fourth when resuming at this track two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Likely improver with strong prospects. RAISE TEMPEST (12) had a bit on his rivals last time out, scoring an impressive 5 lengths maiden win over 1400m at this track. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped. LORD TRIDENT (16) looks to launch this prep the way he ended the last ten weeks ago when he scored over 1200m at Nakayama Dirt. Can give this a shake.
