Reasonable tempo with Mad Spitfire probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. RADIANT LIGHT (1) came through a strong form reference first-up at Pinjarra before a 3.8L defeat on the Scarpside last start when jumping favourite. Riordan now hopes on board and he looks beautifully placed coming back to this level. Ticking along nicely and can get the job done this time. MAD SPITFIRE (3) gets the blinkers on for the first time today, missing by 5.5L over further last time. He does possess some early speed and should be close to the speed throughout. Placed 2/3 this track and trip and can repeat the dose. ACOUSTIC BUBBLES (6) is racing in good order despite not getting the job done. She'll need a touch of luck from the draw, but she looks to be on the cusp of a maiden victory and she won't be far away. BILLY THE BOSS (4) won't be far away with the aid of a good barrier. PRINCE OF BONDI (2) draws well and can't be left out of calculations. SUGGESTED PLAY: Radiant Light looks the one to beat.
