CARA PERSONA (4) didn't make an impact at her last run before going for a spell on April 12, finishing fourth and beaten 4 lengths over 2000m in stakes class at Hanshin. Last three have been in stakes class. This is an ideal race to kick off. Top hope. CURREN TULSI (6) is a promising galloper who resumes from a break. Last raced when third over 1800m at Hanshin four months ago. Has won when fresh from a spell in the past. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Best form puts him right in this. ROUTE THIRTEEN (8) has not appeared since he finished fourth over 1600m at Kyoto on May 9. One of the main contenders. A SHIN BEACON (5) was too good for a maiden field last start over 1600m at Kyoto, scoring by half a length. Re-unites with M Demuro who was on board last start. Harder here but should be involved in the finish.
