Expect a strong tempo with King Cartel pressing on from an outside draw, with Estimator nearby. SANTANOVA (5) looks a progressive filly and got the job done by 0.8L at Northam last time out. It looks as though she's ready to go on with the job and the slight rise in trip shouldn't be an issue. Chris Parnham sticks and she looks poised to strike once again. LINDEN'S GOLD (3) drops back in trip again after being caught late in the race. He didn't have the best of luck there however and now Pike hops in the saddle. Sure to go close if he can run up to his latest figures. IMAPAGETHREE GIRL (9) hit the line nicely at Kalgoorlie last start and draws better this time with Fiore now doing the steering. She's a third-up winner in the past and she can play a major role in the outcome. DUKE OF WELLINGTON (11) wasn't beaten far here last start and the form out of that race has worked out well. Has to be included. ZOUBOLTZ (8) can sit closer this time around and the from coming from his last start has stacked up well. Include. SUGGESTED PLAY: Keen on Santanova.
