Moderate tempo with Kirameki Dancer leading the way. AIR MIANI (9) didn't make an impact at his last run before going for a spell on April 5 but wasn't far away over 1400m at Hanshin. Now under the care of new trainer Kazuyoshi Kato and back in much calmer waters on the NAR circuit. GRACE ROUGE (3) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 4 lengths away in second over 1500m at this track. Well-placed and should be tough to rein in again. FESTIVE IRIS (2) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 5 lengths when fifth in a 1400m contest at this track seven-and-a-half weeks ago. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. KURINO HIBIKI (8) ran a better race last start when fifth and won't have to come on leaps and bounds to do well off that.
