GOREIJO (4) returns from the paddock after closing last prep with two consecutive wins, the most recent over 850m at Mizusawa. This is her optimum trip with three wins from four starts and is sure to play a big role. TAISEI FESTA (7) closed off strongly last start to get up for second, beaten a nose, over 1200m at this track. Can measure up. COSMO TARRAGON (6) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Safely held last time out when seventh over 1200m at this track, beaten 8 lengths after being in the firing line on the turn. Yet to miss the placings in two starts over this course and distance. Nicely placed to feature in the finish. LILY CORRER (9) did a great job to score by 4 lengths over this course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Nicely placed to score once again.
