Want to side with THURMOND (8) in the maiden hurdle who makes his jumps debut. His flat form hasn't been all that great lately but he won a recent hurdle trial at Coleraine nicely enough and the Wilde yard should have him ready to go. ZOOM (9) was sent out $26 in his jumps debut two runs ago at Warrnambool and ran well for third. Ignore the flat tickover run since, he has to be considered. SHOGUN EXPRESS (6) was well in the market here last time but just battled home. He's had a steeple trial since and can improve. SUNDAY BUZZ (7) has had two jumps runs to date, not all that far off Zoom here last time which ties in, consider. LODBROK (3) brings the same form when sixth here two back and is in the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: Thurmond to win.
