AMAZING SON (3) is a progressive 5YO who has not been rushed, winning 2 of his 8 career starts, including one at BM65 level at his penultimate start at Hawera, and then finishing a game runner-up at this level 10 days ago at Otaki. Hard to beat in another small field. PROCUL BOY (1) resumes from a spell, and he probably has the class edge over his rivals. He was close up in a trial last month, and if this trip is not too short for him, then he should go close to taking it out. BRIGIT (6) lost interest after becoming detached from the main body of the field last time out at New Plymouth, but did win at Woodville before that by a short-head. She is worth another chance. DIGGER (4) and HEY HEY BABY (5) are also top 4 chances in this field. SUGGESTED PLAY: Procul Boy can win this.
