Bear Quorum, Hinata and Sei Christina can set the pace. SEI CHRISTINA (8) is racing well this time in work, including a last start win over 1700m at Morioka to bring up three wins from four runs in the campaign. Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Best figures should see her run well. RIKEA MACARONI (11) has been out of the frame at her last couple of runs, last time finishing 10 lengths away in seventh over 1600m. Much better placed this time. HINATA (12) turned in a modest performance when fourth last time out over 1700m at Morioka, beaten 3 lengths after being in contention on the bend. That followed a win at this track at the previous outing. Is yet to be beaten in three starts here. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within her grasp. BEAR QUORUM (10) was beaten 5.5 lengths into seventh over 1700m at Morioka last time out. Better than recent efforts suggest.
