Abundant pace from Last Stylebender, Brazen Butcher and Call Me Frosty vying for the lead with Lemmor on their backs. EXCESS BAGGAGE (13) is a handy type on resumption. She hasn't trialled coming in which is the query, though she was thrown into a Listed race when fresh last campaign and only just missed in this grade two back. Comes through a strong form race at the end of last campaign and she can fire a shot first-up. BRAZEN BUTCHER (7) bolted in here first-up in a CL1 before failing badly in a much tougher race out to 1200m most recently. Back to a more suitable assignment now and Pike hops on board. Should be prominent from the outset and he can bounce back to form. LAST STYLEBENDER (3) gets the blinkers on first time today after fading out of the race last start when the race favourite. Should be up front again from the draw and if the blinkers get him back to his best, he'll be hard to reel in. ETERNAL WINE (9) can give some cheek third-up despite the wide barrier. CALL ME FROSTY (12) is winning well at Kalgoorlie and creates interest coming to town. SUGGESTED PLAY: Excess Baggage can make an impression first-up.
