BENEVAC (1) is knocking on the door after three minor placings in tougher races and will relish Grima's 2kg claim. Had to work hard from the wide gate and the early effort told late with a close-up second over 1100m at Rosehill. Stalks the good tempo and can finish over the top of these. ZOUFAME (4) got the Maiden win out of the way in dominant fashion over 1100m at Warwick Farm in fast time first-up. Thrown in the deep end here and can give plenty of cheek again. ERNAUX (6) frustrating filly who drops in weight for this from a low draw. Hard fit and capable of taking a hand in the finish. ESCARGOES (5) best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Benevac looks ready to win.
