From the outside gate Kelvinater can cross and take up the running. TALKAWAY (8) disappointed last start in a tougher race but was in good form prior. She'll find this a little easier and things look to work out nicely for her from a favourable alley. Can sit much closer this time around and a return to form is on the cards. GET OUT MICK (11) tackled a $100k race here last start and was on the quick turnaround there, beaten 2.1L in a solid performance. That effort stacks up in this field and he's been competitive in this company prior to that. Can feature in the finish. RULER ROCKET (2) will find this much easier than last start where he tackled a bm72+. He's better than he's showing at the moment and the firmer deck may be able to see him return to his best. BELLE JOURNEE (5) surprised when getting the job done first-up at Bunbury but can be in the finish again in this event if she runs up to that performance. FLINDERS LANE (6) creates some interest first-up. SUGGESTED PLAY: Talkaway can get the job done this time.
