Illicit Dreams and Ima Brazen One should set a strong clip. IMA BRAZEN ONE (1) should have the wood on this field after back-to-back wins in wet ground against similar fields. She can take up her usual spot in front from the pole position, and the hat-trick beckons. ILLICIT DREAMS (2) resumes from a spell, and she usually comes to hand quickly. The small field will suit her, and with a trial at Ashburton in late May under her belt, she should be ready to run a bold race in this. CAITLYNS WISH (5) is backing up quickly from her last start at Te Rapa, and as long as the track is heavy, she is right in this. Stick with her. TAVIS COURT (3) ran a sound third fresh up at Trentham 9 days ago, and he is always much better second up. He loves his home track here, and another bold effort is on the cards. CHAJABA (4) will be peaking third up from a spell, and he cannot be underestimated. PRIORESS (6) failed in Stakes company at Tauranga 2 weeks ago, but she can make amends at this level. Include. Rates highly and should prove hard to beat. |
