Strong tempo with Iron Pike and Triennale leading from Live Margarita and Playmaker. IRON PIKE (4) produced a nice effort on debut over 1800m at Nakayama when second, beaten a head. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so she will be hard to beat. ASHES OF ROSE (6) has not been sighted since she finished fourth over 1800m at Tokyo on October 25. Leading rider stays aboard and will be storming home fresh. IDEA CRYSTAL (12) was in contention on the corner and ran a better race last start to finish a close second here last time. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. PLAYMAKER (3) did little and finished 4 lengths from the winner in eighth over 1600m at Tokyo last start, a less impressive effort than her sixth on debut at Tokyo the run before. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
