Keen tempo with Relentless and Los Santos prominent. AMMIRATI (1) is backing up quickly from a solid fifth in a good field at Trentham 8 days ago. He hit a flat spot on the final turn that day and really attacked the line. The step up from 1400m to 2100m is the key, and with some richer targets ahead of him, he should go close to winning this. DAY ONE (4) let down nicely from off the pace to score here a month ago over a mile in just his second career start. He will relish getting up to a middle distance, and even in a far stronger field, he should still be among the hardest to beat. NAVY DREAMS (10) was a touch one-paced here 10 days ago, and just battled home over a mile. He has gone some big races in similar fields to this earlier in the season, and stepping up in trip will certainly help him. Don't drop him yet. LOS SANTOS (8) was an overdue maiden winner at Matamata over a mile last time out, and is worth including in all top 4 combos. TULSA KING (2) steps up in trip, and is capable of a top 3 finish.
