HAKUSAN REVERB (11) finished second behind Pantelleria at this course and distance at his latest outing. Has never missed the frame here, including five wins and five placings. Best form puts him right in this. KENROKU CHARMANT (2) is back after a break of three months. Looking to emulate his win at this circuit to kick off the last campaign. Has recorded three wins when first-up from a break and is capable of playing a major role. MOZU AKATOMBO (3) was well in commission last start over 1400m at this circuit when third, beaten 3.5 lengths. Taiga Kurihara stays aboard. Capable of running a bold race. BLUE MERRY (9) did a great job to score by 5 lengths over today's track and trip last start in a much improved run. Facing a tougher assignment but she is up to the task.
