Genuine tempo with Swear He Is Good leading the way. Tough. SWING LOW (10) has needed the two runs back over short sprints on the synthetic. The former Victorian is much more effective on the turf and at this distance range. Has a handy 2kg claim and we're likely to see quick improvement. ARSENALE (7) switched from a Victorian yard and didn't get warm over a 1000m, briefly freshened. Maps well and is in well with the 2kg claim. Has some ability and can lift stripping fitter over a more suitable distance. HENLEY EXTREME (8) resumes and ran some nice races over further when trained in Sydney. Has been off the scene for 467 days but won a recent Launceston trial. Wasn't beaten far on the Devonport synthetic before the spell over 1350m and is worth a betting watch. Ditto ALPINE HONEY (1) who is a former Victorian back in trip freshened 57 days. Has the blinkers applied for the first time and Darmanin's booking interests. SUGGESTED PLAY: Leaning to Swing Low.
