Expecting Madison to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. VOL AU VENT (10) has been out of the frame at his last couple of runs, last time finishing in sixth over 1800m. Has found the JRA circuit beyond him lately. Should feature back to this level. TIMELESS (4) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1700m at Kokura Dirt, finishing 11th. Finds an easier assignment and can get the job done. IL VIGORE (6) didn't do a lot on debut a month ago, finishing in seventh over 1800m at Tokyo. Open to plenty of improvement. Expected to do much better. MAGICAL RAINBOW (1) was in a rearwards position on the turn last time out before finishing in seventh over 1800m at Chukyo Dirt. Looks to be in the right race to figure in the finish.
