A few sit handy but there won't be a great deal of early pressure. POISON NOIR (7) scored a commanding win at this track over 1200m at her latest appearance, the only time she faced the starter in that campaign. Has found a suitable race. PRESTO BAROWS (11) showed good early dash and raced on the speed at the first run back from a break last start before fading to finish fourth over 1200m at this track. Expected to be in this for a long way. NAC LEGAL (8) is building towards a win with placings at his last two runs, the latest effort a third over 1200m at this track when beaten 3 lengths. Among the chances again. MADEMOISELLERENNES (9) resumes after a break of five months. Did win at her only other first-up run when on debut, scoring over 1400m at this track. Makes plenty of appeal.
