Nebraskan can take up the running at what looks a good tempo. BOWSER (2) is on the quick turnaround after a 0.7L defeat here last week as a $2.50 favourite. He turned in a strong figure there and this looks to shape similarly. His last couple of runs suggest he's back in form and he's expected to go close if he can run up to those figures. GOLDEN FRIENDSHIP (4) looks a smart gelding on the way up, finishing 1.5L away after sitting close to the speed throughout last start. He now gets the winkers on and another inside draw for Ferraris. Will be tough to get past in the straight. NEW POWER (9) just missed last start when a $10 chance at this track and trip. He didn't go down without a fight there and he has enough speed to roll across from the sticky draw. Should be right in the finish again. TELECOM DRAGON (5) gets the winkers on for the first time today and is sure to be flashing late.
