Strong tempo with Circuit Jolly and Youthful Spirits leading the way over Happy Fat Cat. CIRCUIT JOLLY (11) comes here off a 66-day break where he's been to the trials three times, trialling impressively at this track on February 15. He gets in at the bottom of the weights as he tackles C3 for the first time today. Teetan sticks from the trials and he can pick up where he left off. EASON (2) hasn't won for a while but appears to be knocking on the door. He just missed two back before disappointing as a $3.70 equal fave most recently. Wide draw is a niggle, but Bowman sticks and he'll be making his presence felt. KING OF FIGHTERS (6) stormed home to be beaten 1.2L at this track and trip 21 days ago. He was squeezed at the start there which is why he ended up further back than anticipated. Should sit closer this time and can land the knockout blow. HAPPY FAT CAT (7) will give a bold sight from the front and the softer barrier is a big tick for him.
